TODD'S TAKE
Welcome to our Sunday morning services. Whether you are with us in-person or joining us online, please take a moment to complete a communication card. I hope everyone spent some special time giving thanks for all of God’s favors, but above all, for his presence in our lives. We are indeed blessed to be called children of God!

We continue to make improvements to our online presence and recently we have updated our website. We have the same web address as before (www.parkavenuechurch.com and www.pacoc.net) but you’ll notice a new design. If you haven’t taken a look at it lately, give it a whirl. You’ll find that it is much more mobile friendly than our previous site. If you have any problems or issues with any of our online communications, please let us know so we can make it right as soon as possible.

Last Sunday was a blessed time as we gathered together for the annual community Thanksgiving service. Basil lead a couple of songs and we were encouraged by testimonies and worship.  What a joy to be able to cooperate with other believers in our city. It is a testimony to the unity we have in Christ.

Attention all men! You’ve been hearing about our Men’s conference for months, and it is finally upon us. Make plans to be here Friday and Saturday for what promises to be a rich time of fellowship and encouragement. Carlos Whittaker will lead us with inspiring and insightful teaching. Register today at RiseUpTexoma.com or call the church office.

I know we are all getting virus weary but let us continue to run with perseverance the race set before us keeping our eyes on Jesus. It’s been an uphill battle and it seems like there are more hills ahead of us, but God will give us the strength to maintain our hope and trust in him. Many things will fail us, but God is the constant through all of this. Stay  faithful. Stay in the Word. Continue the weekly practice of worship. And pray continually.
