TODD’S TAKE

Good morning and welcome! We're so glad to be together as a church family today. If you're our guest this morning, thank you for being here—we'd love to get to know you.

Today we're pausing our "Greatness of God" series to celebrate our annual Celebration of Marriage. But in a real sense, we're not leaving the topic at all. One of the most beautiful demonstrations of God's greatness is how He designed us for community—in marriage, family, and friendship.

Think about how incredible this is: God created us as relational beings. He wired us to share our lives with others, to experience joy together, to walk through hardship together. Our relationships don't just add to our happiness—they sustain us when life gets hard. When we're struggling, we have people who carry our burdens with us.

That's the greatness of God on display: He created us to love and be loved.

Tyler will be leading us in today's celebration and bringing the sermon.

Whether you're new to Park Avenue or have been visiting for a while, I'd love to invite you to PACOC 101—a month-long class designed to help you connect with our church family.

Over five Sunday mornings, we'll explore Park Avenue's history and how we got to where we are today. You'll get to know our church leadership, hear about our vision and values for the future, and meet other newcomers. There will be plenty of time to ask questions in a relaxed, informal setting.

We'll meet March 1-29 from 9:00-9:45 AM in Room C on the west side of the main building. Coffee and donuts will be available, and if you need childcare, just let us know when you register.

This class is for anyone wanting to get better connected to the body of Christ—whether you've been at Park Avenue for years or just a few weeks. And don't worry if you can't make all five Sundays. Come to whatever works for your schedule.

RSVP by emailing todd@parkavenuechurch.com, calling the church office at 903-465-1288, or visiting pacoc.net/101.

Hope to see you there!
