TODD'S TAKE

Good morning and a warm welcome to all our church family and our guests. We ask everyone to complete our communication card so we can have a record of your attendance.  That can be accessed through the church app or by scanning the QR code below.

Today almost 100 of our women are enjoying a time of worship out at the Prothro Center as part of their Ladies Retreat. It’s been three years since the last “annual” retreat and I know they are more than overjoyed to be able to be together in this special time of worship and fellowship. Thanks to the planning committee for all their work in putting this retreat together.

Summer is just around the corner and that means a full slate of activities for our childrens and youth ministries. Keep up to date with all that is happening by checking in on our website or app or you can contact the church office with any questions

What a great worship we had last week with a full house here to celebrate the resurrection of Christ. Especially encouraging to me is to see all our children. It may get a little noisy at times but what a blessing to see the message of Christ being handed down to the next generation.

This morning in the sermon time we will continue looking at the incredible rescue of God’s people from Egypt recorded in the book of Exodus. Today we will track the Israelites as they leave Egypt and make their way to Mount Sinai. We will see some tough times in the unforgiving wilderness and overhear a little grumbling but in the end we see a God who provides for his people as he fulfills the promise he made to their forefather Abraham.

So glad you are here!

Grace Offering

Thank you so much for your awesome display of generosity for our Grace Offering.  Currently we stand at nearly $144,000 which will all be used to fund our outreach ministries here at PACOC.  If you haven’t had a chance to look over those ministries go o pacoc.net/go

2 Corinthians 9:11

You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God.
