Thank You
Thank you so very much for the outpouring of love shown after Roy’s death. Todd and Basil did a wonderful job as always. The songs were beautiful. The luncheon prepared by the ladies was awesome. Thanks also for the food sent to our home after Roy’s passing. Your many cards are greatly appreciated. They help restore our faith which gives us strength to make it through. Roy would have been amazed at the caring for him. In Christian love, Mary, Elicia & Kevin Galyon

TODD’S TAKE
Good morning and welcome to our worship services. If you are a guest with us today, our prayer is that you are blessed by our time of worship. We invite you to talk with any of us about how God is working through the Park Avenue Church.
Today we conclude our sermon series "The Crown.”
Solomon began as Israel's wisest king, blessed by God with unprecedented wisdom, wealth, and peace after humbly asking for wisdom to govern well. His golden reign saw the magnificent temple built and the kingdom flourish. However, Solomon gradually compromised through seemingly small decisions—marrying foreign wives for political alliances, importing forbidden horses, worshiping at unauthorized shrines. These compromises multiplied into spiritual bankruptcy as his heart turned from God toward foreign gods. Despite his wisdom, Solomon's calloused heart led to kingdom division and his downfall.
His story warns against gradual compromise and highlights how success can become spiritual destruction when hearts drift from God.
Parishioner's Picks: You Choose the Scripture!
Starting June 15, you'll have the opportunity to select the scripture for our Sunday sermon. Here's how "Parishioner's Picks" works: you submit a scripture passage, and I'll preach the sermon based on your selection.
What kind of scripture should you choose?
How to participate: Submit your scripture selection at pacoc.net/p2p or email me directly at todd@parkavenuechurch.com.
I’m excited to hear from you and explore God's Word through your eyes!
